little bit of heaven

hello from sunny southern california! bill, trent, and I are in san diego for a week....and it's MARVELOUS here! the weather, the people (so far), the relaxed atmosphere, all kinds of stuff to do, (did I mention the weather?) Anyway, I am in a place called Cafezee...30 minutes of high-speed internet for $3....what a deal! we are heading to La Jolla this evening to explore life there. as soon as i figure out how to post a picture from a computer that isn't mine, i will share some images with you.

great song from 1972...Albert Hammond...all I remember is the title... "It never rains in southern california." i was ready to jump on the albert hammond bandwagon....but now that i read the lyrics, i guess he was somewhat disenchanted with this place. so far, we haven't experienced that!
